FEES

All fees are outlined in the Fee Schedule. All fees will be assessed in the currency of the payment. Additional information about Abhis Overseas Educampus fees is available in the Fees Policy. Your account and all transactions are made and displayed in INR unless otherwise specified and may be subject to exchange rates. All fees related to the Service, are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties, or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country, shall be on your account and be borne by you.

YOUR INFORMATION AND RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES

DEFINITION

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us or other users in the registration, payment process, stores, or other features of our Service. You are solely responsible for Your Information, as we act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Your Information.

LEGAL DISPUTES

Accordingly, you and Abhis Overseas Educampus Pvt Ltd agree that any controversy or claim at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement Abhis Overseas Educampus Pvt Ltd services (“Claims”) shall be resolved by one of the subsections below, or as otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties. Before resorting to these alternatives, Abhis Overseas Educampus Pvt Ltd strongly encourages users first to contact Abhis Overseas Educampus Pvt Ltd. We directly sought a resolution. Abhis Overseas Educampus Pvt Ltd will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation, as an alternative to litigation.

COURT

Alternatively, any Claim may be adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Chennai.
